Shipping times are as follows.

Loose diamonds (if in stock) go out the same day the order is placed as long as the order is placed before 3:00 PM EST.
If the Diamond has to be set it will take 1-2 days to set in a solitaire and 3-10 days any settings with diamonds.

Jewelry pieces 5-10 days depending on availablity, re-sizing and other factors. if you need something in a rush please call me and I will try to accomodate you.

Michael Jay tries to balance ease of payment with security and safety. We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover for US purchases. We also accept Paypal (from a secure account), Check Payment, Money Order and Wire Transfer. For overseas purchases we can only accept Checks, Money Orders, Paypal and Wire Transfers. For Credit Card purchases we will only send to the confirmed billing address of the credit card holder. If you would like it sent to another address you must register that address with you issuing bank. If you pay by check, we will wait until the check clears.

Most diamonds are purchased by Wire Transfer, this is the accepted method of payment and the majority of our business is conducted in this way.

Certified Bank Checks, Money Orders or Personal Checks are also accepted and in the case of a personal check the diamond will be shipped after funds have cleared which generally takes between 5-7 business days.

We accept payment by all major credit cards for no extra fee. Payments made through PayPal have no limit as long as your account is verified. Payments made through PayPalwill be subject PayPal's 3.0% service fee in addition to the prices quoted on this site.
