If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with purchased product you can send it back for a full refund. After the 15 days are up we cannot take it back for any reason whatsoever. For Custom jewelry we guarantee to keep redoing it until your satisfied that it conforms to your original vision. You are also protected by our Lifetime Quality Warrantee if any piece of jewelry should break we will fix it free of charge. However we are not responsible for any diamonds or gemstones that fall out or crack. Please make sure that everything is secure when you receive it. We reserve the right to determine if the cause of damage was due to customer negligence. All diamond purchases will be accompanied by the original Certificate. All packages are packaged by a 3rd party company to thwart claims of false presentation.
Please call and notify that you plan on returning the item before you send it out.
